2. Genuine Listings Only
Agents must advertise only genuine properties for which they are authorized to market or sell.

3. Accurate Information
Agents are responsible for ensuring that all property details, prices, approvals, images, and contact information are accurate and up to date.

4. No False Claims
Agents shall not publish misleading information, fake offers, or false promises to attract buyers.

5. Legal Compliance
Agents must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions, including RERA requirements where applicable.

6. Commission Responsibility
Any commission, brokerage, or service charges are solely between the buyer and the property agent. Tholaza Properties is not involved in or responsible for such financial arrangements.

7. No Guarantee of Leads
Tholaza Properties does not guarantee any minimum number of customer inquiries, leads, or property sales.

8. Advertisement Removal
Tholaza Properties reserves the right to remove or suspend any agent’s advertisement if it is found to contain false, illegal, or misleading information.

9. Payment Policy
All advertising fees paid by property agents are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10. Liability Disclaimer
Tholaza Properties acts only as an advertising platform and is not responsible for any disputes, fraud, financial loss, or legal issues arising between buyers, sellers, and property agents.
